I recently purchased a sweet new ride! It is a Giant Cypress (read all about it HERE). I was tired of spending so much on gas, and I could certainly use the exercise! I try to ride to the office whenever the weather is nice, and I’m loving it. A big thanks to Al Petri of Al Petri and Sons Bicycles for helping me find the right bike. If you’re looking for a new bike, see Al!
Here’s the new ride!

And here’s a picture of me riding to the office…

My concern is the second picture. Did you notice the police car behind you? You can’t ride that thing, that fast, though a school zone. They’ll get you.
Congrats on the new ride.
Sweet!
Love the built in radio!!
Diggin picture number two…You gotta love a wife who will take that! Hey…since you still shop Detroit why not just move back???????Pleeeease!
I LOVE that second picture! You are TOO cool!
How far is it from your house to the office? I’m just wondering how many calories you get to the mile on that thing! I bet you’re burning them up.
Cheers & Blessings to you all today!

I love the guitar.
Very cool.
Ha ha – that’s what I call multitasking!
I had a Giant in college…still do, in fact, but I haven’t ridden it in forever. I should perhaps shake the dust off of it! Giants are great bikes. And they are so cheap for gas, too!
I love your bike! Way to go! One word of advice: lose the kickstand. It is VERY not cool. All your biker friends will start calling you “kickstand.” You don’t want that, take it from me.
Cool ride!
