The Supreme Court recently ruled that the government can sieze anyone’s private property and give it to a private developer if the government can generate greater tax benefits and revenue. One of the justices who supported this ruling was David Souter.
Well, a private developer is now seeking to use this law to build a hotel on Souter’s land in Weare, New Hampshire.
It will probably never happen, but don’t you wish it would? It would be justice for the Justice.
Read about it here.
Read a great opinion piece about the Supreme Court ruling here.

What recourse is there beyond the Supreme Court? I think this is the only way to protest this thing, and I’m behind them. Pure Genius!
Very interesting. Liberty and Justice for all.
